Our collaborative grows only by invitation and referral from a member that has former experience with the pledge. SPEMSA focuses in emerging economies where a clever combination of local knowledge, intellectual capital, governance, and technology can create huge value and growth. We design and build our own opportunities and choose our projects and prospect “clients” criteriously. Such “clients” can be Governments, Businesses, and even NGO’s.
