João Brasil Carvalho Leite

   John studied Mechanical Engineering at Campinas University and Business Administration at Old Dominion University.  He also attended Owners and Presidents Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School. He has a vast experience in business management gained at Avibrás Aerospace Group, where is a member of the board.   

   He is currently Managing Partner at Avibrás Aerospace International Ltd. and Managing Partner at Spemsa, where he is responsible for strategic planning and consults on the Architecture of Knowledge.  

Leonardo Coelho

   Leonardo earned a bachelor's dregree in Computer Engineer from the Brazilian Instituto Militar de Engenharia (Militar Institute of Engineering). He also received his MBA from Ibmec Business School. Additionaly, he holds specializations in Cisco networking management from the SENAC Rio, Entrepreneurship from the Harvard Business School, Human Resource Management from the Institute for International Research and Integração Escola de Negócios, besides ISO standards (9001 and 10015) from ABNT.

   Leonardo worked as  a programming developer and technical leader at the beginning of his career in institutions such as Softtek, IBM, Oi/ Telemar and the Brazilian Army. He started working at Spemsa as Project Manager, since then he has been concentrating his activities in the following areas: Intellectual Capital Management, Knowledge Management and Human Resource Management.

   Currently, he is the Business Manager of Spemsa, where he also is responsible for implementation processes of the LearnCenter platform and related services.

 

Giselle Poeys

   Giselle has a Bachelor of Social Communication and Journalism from FACHA - Faculdades Integradas Hélio Alonso. She earned her MBA from COPPE - UFRJ. She holds a specialization in Corporate Journalism and Public Relationship from CAERJ - Câmara do Comércio e Indústria do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and Human Resources Management from Integração Escola de Negócios.

   Giselle worked as an editor, public relations specialist and communication director. Currently she is  a Marketing Analyst at Spemsa. Giselle is responsible for marketing activities, besides supporting sales and relationship with partners.
