João Brasil Carvalho Leite

João studied Mechanical Engineering at Campinas University and Business Administration at Old Dominion University. He also attended Owners and Presidents Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School. João has a vast experience in business management, gained at the administration of the Avibrás Aerospace Group, where he is still a member of the administration's board.

He is currently Managing Partner at Avibrás Aerospace International Ltd. and Managing Partner at Spemsa, responsible by the strategic planning and practice of Knowledge Architecture.

 

Leonardo Coelho

Leonardo is graduated in Computer Engineer by the Brazilian Militar Institute of Engineering. He also has a Business Management MBA from Ibmec Business School. Additionaly, he holds specializations in Cisco networking management from SENAC Rio, Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School, Human Resource Management from instutites like Integração Escola de Negócios and Institute for International Research, besides quality management (ISO standards 9001 and 10015) from ABNT.

 

Leonardo worked as a programming developer and technical leader at the beginning of his career in institutes such as Softtek, IBM, Oi / Telemar and the Brazilian Army. He started working at Spemsa as Project Manager and, since then, has concentrated his activities in the following areas: Intellectual Capital Management, Knowledge Management and Human Resource Management.

 

Currently, he is Executive Director at Spemsa, responsible by the implementation processes of LearnCenter platform and related services.

 

 

Giselle Poeys

Giselle is gratuated in Social Communication and Journalism by FACHA - Faculdades Integradas Hélio Alonso. She also has a Business Management MBA from COPPE - UFRJ. Furthermore, she holds specialization in Corporate Journalism and Public Relationship from CAERJ - Câmara do Comércio e Indústria do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and Human Resources Management from Integração Escola de Negócios.

 

Giselle already worked as editor, public relations specialist and communication director. Currently she is Sr. Marketing Analyst at Spemsa, responsible by all the marketing activities, supporting sales and relationship with partners.

 

Eduardo Ramos

Eduardo is gratuated in Data Processing Technology by Faculdades Integradas Simonsen. He also has post graduation in Systems Analysis by Universidade da Cidade and holds specialization in Software Project Management by CCE / PUC - Pontífica Universidade Católica.

Eduardo has 10 years of experience in developing projects and implementing information systems, Web Portals, Content Management, ECommerce and B2B. Currently, he is Operations Coordinator at Spemsa, responsible by the management of Learn.com plaraform's implementations projects, Online Courses Content Factory's coordination and technical support to our Comercial Team.
