Spemsa means Special Projects Engineering& Management Architecture.

We are a collaborative organization of independent but a close-knit senior executives.
Our talent pool is composed of business owners, senior consultants, college professors, government officials, and investors that share our values and beliefs. Our collaborative team grows only by invitation only and referral from a member that has former experience with the pledge. SPEMSA focuses on emerging economies where a novel combination of local knowledge, intellectual capital, governance, and technology can create huge value and growth. We design and build our own opportunities and choose our projects and prospect “clients” based on specific criteria. Such “clients” may be governments, businesses, and even NGO’s. We custom organize into teams of specific talents and skills to create value where our collective knowledge, networking, and expert use of technology make us unique.
